The hotel felt outdated. I did not realize until I arrived that the bar and restaurant were closed (I found very few places nearby to get food). The door also would not lock, concerning.

i appreciated the good location the gym was ok and the pool was usable. ALL staff were friendly. cleaning happened regularly and views were visible from the high floor. GOOD water pressure WAS helpful.
the hotel room WAS ok and spacious BUT i WAS disappointed. THE toilet bowl in the master room was blocked. i CALLED the facilities guy to clear the blockage and they helped. i USED the laundry service once for attires and the charges shocked me.

I appreciated the proximity to the overground train station. It made getting around easy. the suite was huge and included a long hallway leading to the living room and kitchen. the kitchen was furnished with plates and cutlery. there was also a rooftop pool and a modest gym.
i noticed a slight drop in quality across all departments with a lack of thought for customer comfort it could use a little more attention to detail.

The room assigned was spacious. The bed was comfortable. I appreciated that all amenities were in working order. The wifi was also amazing and fast.
The shower lacked temperature control. I found this frustrating. The room was dark, even with all lights on. It felt dim when relying on artificial light.
